Bestminton Club Year-End Party 2025 ticket
The year-end party is where we meet, chill, and connect with everyone
Year End Party tickets can also be purchased for friends. Just add a note to the order before making the payment. For example, when buying 3 tickets (2 for your team and 1 for a friend), simply write your friend’s name in the note section.
Joining the Year End Party does not require participation in the Bestminton Champions 3rd Tournament.

• Players are invited guests of the Organizers
Event kits
Everyone joining the tournament will receive an event kit that includes a racket grip, a bottle of mineral water, and a shoe-cleaning spray

• 16 teams maximum
Match Format
• Mixed Doubles
Tournament Rules
- Group Stage Setup
- Teams will be divided into 4 groups through a random draw.
- The group stage will follow a round-robin points system:
• Win = 3 points, Loss = 0 points - The top 2 teams from each group will advance to the knockout stage.
- Consolation Bracket
- The bottom 2 teams from each group will compete in the consolation bracket, using the same match format as the knockout stage for the top 2 teams.
- Match Formats
• Group stage: 1 game to 21 points
• Quarterfinals, Semifinals & 3rd place playoff: 1 game to 21 points
• Final: 1 game to 25 points
So, if your team joins this tournament, you’ll play 3 games in the group stage, plus one more in the quarterfinals (for both the top 2 and bottom 2 teams). That means you’ll play at least 4 games, and up to 6 games if you reach the semifinals.
