Bestminton Club is a community of badminton lovers from all around the world.

The story started in 2023, when Ngoc-Anh relocated to Ho Chi Minh City after more than a decade living in Hanoi. He didn’t know anyone back then. Life was simple — go to work in the morning, then coming back home at night. That routine just kept repeating for a while.

One day, his former colleague invited him to play badminton. After more than 15 years, he picked up a racket again, and it was fun. He made lots of new friends, so he kept playing more and more.

Although playing with his colleagues — mostly Vietnamese — was fun, he still felt something was missing. There were many Vietnamese badminton groups, but they usually played only with their friends or people at a similar skill level. For example, if your group has mostly upper-intermediate players, you’ll naturally prefer playing with others at the same level. Nothing wrong with that.

But Ngoc-Anh had a different perspective. He believed badminton isn’t just something to play — it’s something that can connect people of all levels from all over the world.

So, he founded Bestminton Club — a group for badminton lovers of all levels and background. The purpose of Bestminton Club is to create a community where people not only play badminton but also connect, make friends, and share their stories.

Over the past two years, we’ve hosted many sessions and met amazing people from everywhere. We hang out after games, grab coffee, and share our stories together.

And the story is still continuing…
